The shop will show you one or more options for dispatch and delivery depending on your country and weight of the goods when you check out  with your order.
Then you will also be asked for your preferred payment option (usually bank transfer or PayPal, we do not charge Credit Cards).

Transportation costs and Insurance
Shipments abroad are usually send by the Deutsche Post AG / DHL parcel service and their partner companies in the consignee's country.
The use of  other carriers may be possible on inquiry.
In the case of shipments abroad it must be taken into account that regular surface parcels (Business International Economy Parcel) are
insured only according to their weight, which often leads to underinsurance because our goods are usually very light weight!
Since the customer bears the transportation risk, we recommend the use of the option
’Business Paket International Premium’. The latter option includes an insurance up to EUR 500 for a parcel.

VAT and Customs
Please take into account that deliveries to countries outside the European Community (EU) are free of German VAT but usually have to be
declared to customs. Customs rates (and maybe VAT rates) depend on the country concerned. Please ask your local customs office.

Delivery address
We deliver to street addresses only. Poste restante (general delivery) or delivery to a PO box is not possible. If no other arrangements are
made, the delivery address is identical with the invoice address.

Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is only possible within Germany.
All delivered products remain our property until full payment is completed.

Returns
If you like to return goods please contact us before dispatch. It is very important to do customs declaration according our recommendations.
Otherwise we will be charged customs and VAT for this returns. In this case we will not accept the returns.
